Determination of selected metals in grapes cultivated by different techniques
Kubicová, Lenka ; Vespalcová, Milena (referee) ; Diviš, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this study is to determine the content of selected metals (As, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Mo, Ni, Se, Sn, Sr, Pb, V, Zn) in samples of leaves and grapes produced by ecologic agriculture and compare to results with leaves and grapes produced by integrated agriculture. The measured results used to assess the impact of agricultural technology on the quality of vines and grapes. The amount of elements was analysed using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry after previous digestion of sapmles using microwaves. Concentrations of elements in leaves and grapes from organic and integrated farming did not differ significantly only in the case of copper concentrations were measured higher concentrations in samples from organic farming. This difference is probably caused by different doses of authorized protective equipment based on copper in the organic and integrated farming.

A practical experiment on PIWI varieties ofErilon, Hibernal, Malverina, Mery, MI-4-120, MI-8-22, Rinot, Savilon and Vesna was used in the thesis and recommendationsfor agrotechnical practices related to the varieties and reaching the required qualitative parameters of the grapes were formulated.
Možnosti ochrany proti šedé hnilobě hroznů révy
Dobiášová, Martina
This bachelor thesis describes the protection of the possibility of protection against gray grape varieties in organic and integrated production. In the first chapter, the bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of Botrytis cinerea, we find the grape biology of the grape, it describes the mushroom originator, the symptoms of the attack and the noble rot. The next chapter deals with other rotations that may appear in the vine during vegetation. The third chapter describes the impact of decay on grape quality. In the last chapter the thesis deals with protection systems in organic and integrated production, against Botrytis cinerea.
Možnosti ochrany slivoní (Prunus sp.) proti pilatce švestkové (Hoplocampa minuta Christoph) a pilatce žluté (Hoplocampa flava L.)
Špetová, Veronika
Hoplocampa minuta and H. flava are major pests of plum, they harms nearly every year and cause litter unripe fruit. They cause more than 90 % fruit. They prefer early variety of plum trees. Their bionomics is very similar, H. flava is termophilic. Synthetic insecticides based on pyrethroids (alfa-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, lambda-cyhalothrin and etofenprox) and neonicotinoids (acetamiprid and thiacloprid) are registered in 2016. The advantage of synthetic insecticides is the high efficiency, the disadvantage of negative effects on the environment. Extract from wood exotic plant Quassia amara is designed for organic production. This extract has a low negative effect on the natural antagonist. Optimal term application is since time when more than 50% of the eggs will appear red to brown eyes of embryo to hatching of the first crawler. Biological control is to support beneficial organisms, first of all Ichneumonidae and Braconidae, sowing flowering plants on the edge of an orchard and between rows, planting less infected varieties of plum. Preventive measures include choice of habitat, recommended varieties and rootstocks, planting systems, fertilization, pruning and shaping. The larvae and pupae in the soil can be killed by rooting soil under the plum tree.

It also describes plant extracts, used plants and their production. It describes the main fungal diseases that the vines invade. The experimental part describes the experiment itself, the plant protection products used and the methods used to evaluate the quantitative and qualitative parameters of Riesling grapes that have been observed during maturation. It deals with the evaluation and comparison of the monitored parameters. The thesis recommends an appropriate system of cultivation in organic and integrated production.
Hodnocení nákladů u technologických postupů využívaných v systémech pěstování révy vinné
Čačíková, Lucie
This diploma thesis deals with processing of technological procedures and subsequent evaluation of their costs. Two vineyards with an area of 4 hectares are compared in this thesis. One of them is included in the conventional system of cultivation and the other is included in integrated wine-growing system. Costs of both of these cultivation systems vary considerably, particularly in the operational costs of individual machines and the costs of machine sets. Calculated cost are established in CZK per hectare units.
Možnosti ochrany proti vrtuli třešňové
Říhová, Petra
This thesis contains a short description of the Prunus avium L. its cultivation needs, pomological divergence and training systems. The main task of this thesis is focused on to the Rhagoletis cerasi. Taxonomy, bionomy, morfological description and spread of this pest. Part of the thesis is about natural antagonists and predators in context to the organic production. Description of the legislation and terms for organic production. Protection suggestions in this system against Rhagoletis cerasi L. The experimental part of this thesis was focused on to the efficiency confirmation of the selected organic friendly treatment products. Experiment was done on the Kordia variety of cherry Prunus avium L. in the orchard located in the Biele Karpaty region of the western Slovakia. There was low occurrence on the untreated variant in the time of sample colection. This might affect final results of this experiment.

Porovnání kvality hroznů z ekologické a integrované produkce ve vinohradnictví
Kovářová, Magdaléna
The theme of this work are two systems of production of grapes - organic and integrated production. Both systems are aimed at protecting the environment and its sustainability but there are differences between them. Organic production have a rules of treatment considerably stricter, especially in terms of authorized praparations of plant protection. The aim of the study was to determine whether if any of the systems has an influence on the quality parameters of grapes. Comparison was based on analytical measurements of selected quality parameters among five tested species of grapes. Tested samples came from the same habitat. The results were evaluated statistically by ANOVA method. The main finding was a positive influence of organic production on the pH of the grapes. For the other quality parameters, there was found no clear and statistically significant effect of treatment method.

Jansková, Petra
This thesis presents a comparison of a survey of prices of vegetables during the winter months in the selected region. The experiment began on November 27.11 2015 and ended March 18.3.2016. For monitoring site was chosen Uherske Hradiste and its surroundings. For the survey and comparison of major vegetables were selected four model objects for which it was every week on Friday in time from 11.00a.m -14.00 p.m. monitored market price, availability and quality of vegetables. The obtained data were then compared with the information ZUČM rapporteur. Evaluation was carried tabular and graphic in MS Office 2007. The result of this work is that high availability was the main vegetable species Tesco supermarket 97.55% and the highest sales prices in the supermarket Billa. The quality of the vegetables in the period was an exception to the Tesco supermarket, very good. The data obtained are aligned with the Information rapporteur ZUČM led to the finding that the cheapest average market price for the entire period are listed in the integrated production advisory ZUČM, except parsley, which was sold in November 0,90Kč cheaper in Albert hypermarket and supermarket Lidl and in January the Lidl supermarket on 9,18Kč cheaper. The final part of the statistics graphically drawn trendlines that showed rising or falling market prices in the period. The result has been a long term decline in prices at the supermarket Tesco carrots , onions and parsley , among other supermarkets , the increase in market prices throughout the period .
